In 2007, a
group of Knights Templar from across
Indiana
formed Levant Preceptory, a medieval reenactment unit for the purpose of conferring the
Order of the Temple while clothed in costumes appropriate to the
Crusader period. Knights purchase their own chain maille, swords,
helmets, tunics and more.
